What does a Managed Website give me?

Well firstly we design and build your website for you to your requirements.

You just have to tell us about your business and services, plus if you already have a logo and branding then we can work with that design, along with any product or service images to be built in too.

Once we have the website built we can look at hosting it. Already have a hosting account? Then we can deploy to that provided its suitable. If not, then we can set one up for you.

For setting up a hosting account we are going to need a domain name, if you already have one then we can link that to the hosting, if not we can get you setup and register a domain name for the website.

Once your website hosting account is setup we will deploy the website and setup your domain email accounts for you.

As we all know websites need to be updated to keep customers both interested and engaged with your content.

All you have to do is send us an email or GitHub issue outlining the changes then we will take care of the change for you as soon as possible. (Generally responce times to any email/issues received on weekdays will be same or next day. For emails/issues received over weekends changes will go live on the following Monday).

Want to schedule your content changes to a specific release date? Then we will work to that date wherever possible, just let us know in plenty of time.

Our Managed Website service is currently only available to UK business, this is to allow us to focus better on supporting your business, as we can support your working hours better.

We don't have a set price list as such, as each website project is different.

Firstly we like to understand what your website needs are, then work from there to define the project cost. This means you are only paying for what you really need.

But we know many people like to see a benchmark price outline for a service.

So a 3 - 6 page Managed Website, with branding created by us but content supplied by the customer, including the first year hosting and update support, would be from £600 for the first year and then a yearly ongoing cost of £240.

We hope that gives you a benchmark, but we are friendly so just ask us how much your project would be, and we will be happy to provide a more detailed price outline for you.

If you are happy with this price outline we will then further define the project details with you and provide you with a fixed price quote before we start any project. However once work on a project has started, any additional extras will only be added after we agree any extra costing to the project.

Well we do hope you won't want to leave our support but should you wish to do so for whatever reason, then yes of course you can and we are happy to help you do so.

We store all website files on GitHub in a private repository, which we can give you access to at anytime or transfer ownership to someone else, all you need is a free GitHub account.

All the Domains that we register are registered using your details. Which we will give you access to manage yourself or transfer to whichever register you wish.

If we have setup the hosting for you, we will advise you what you'll need to order to move the site onto. Once you have a new account we will then move the site to its new home for you.

If any other service is taken out or used for the website then we will provide the necessary details to move or carry on using it.

Now you knew that there would be some small print somewhere, so if you are moving away from us during the first year then no money would be refundable. Again after the first year if you carry on using our service then a yearly service fee would be paid this is non refundable payment should you decide to move away during that years service period.
